What problem did we solve?
“Anna notices that one of the tires of her car is flat, she pulls out her phone and opens the app to request for immediate assistance. In the app, she can provide the type of issue and she would be notified with the appropriate service centers and also the time within which she would be assisted with the service. During the wait, she can track the location of the driver who would help her with flat tire. After she has received assistance, Anna can make payment through the app and also provide review of the service.”
